- Provide financial empowerment training, homeownership education, and other types of training and education enabling Warm Springs community members, particularly our lower income community members, to build assets and achieve their personal and professional goals;
- Promote small business on the Warm Springs Indian Reservation through an array of services, including individual development accounts, entrepreneurship training, business incubation services, an outdoor market, and an artisans’ cooperative;
- Provide matched savings accounts, or IDAs, to low income tribal and community members, enabling them to start or expand businesses, get college or vocational education, buy or renovate homes, purchase equipment to overcome disabilities, obtain vehicles to get to work or school, and take charge of their own futures; and
- Help Confederated Tribes of Warm Springs tribal members build a better life for themselves, their families, and their community.
